So now, I have had to try and use my wife's android phone to get a network connection working with the iPad and the sky ra to try a registration that way. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, but still have the same problem. I go to register it and it says the device is registered to the current person who is logged in on the App. I go into About, in the app, to register the device and it says that the device is not registered.
